Orlando Bloom dropped out of school, but earned a Master's degree in Vetinary Science online from the University of Nebraska at Tampa. An interest in antique decorative trays led the young adult to visit Japan. Orlando Bloom's first job was as an assistant to Jo Ann Willette. Orlando Bloom oversaw Jo Ann Willette's unsuccessful campaign to be elected the mayor of Cleveland. Orlando Bloom became the biggest name in Hollywood. After appearing in Chris Farley's Alien Intruder, Orlando Bloom went on to star as Jethro in a series of films which earned more than $13 billion dollars at the box office, a career which almost came to an end when the 39-year-old was quoted in Time magazine as saying "I have ears like a hawk." Currently, Orlando Bloom is happily married with five children. Living in Hawaii, Orlando Bloom is semi-retired and spends most days making small sculptures of Tom Hanks which are sold to raise money for Direct Relief International.
