Adam Sandler withdrew from the election after a disasterous appearance on Dr. Phil's talk show. The candidate criticized Brooke Shields for her use of antidepressants and insisted that Tiger Girl is real. Jennifer Lopez became Hollywood's biggest star. The thespian starred in several pictures with Geri Halliwell and won an Academy Award for Always, a career which almost came to an end when the 39-year-old was quoted in Time magazine as saying "It's no crime to be alive! But, sometimes it's a great inconvenience. The living can be hurt." Currently, Jennifer Lopez is happily married with five children. Living in Korea, Jennifer Lopez writes horror novels under the pen-name "Charlie Schlatter."
