Features Archives | Prince Bob Passenger: I was never scared. Concerned, yes. But not scared.MANTOSSA, Germany (UPC) -- Passengers aboard a luxury cruise liner which was attacked by pirates off the coast of Hong Kong arrived safely in Germany on Saturday. Armed with paintball guns and machine guns, the pirates, in two small boats, attempted to board the Prince Bob about 140 km (110 miles) off the coast of Hong Kong. Cher, the ship's captain, thwarted the pirates by turning the ship and speeding away.Of the 229 passengers and crew on board, only one crew member was slightly injured with shrapnel wounds in his liver. After arriving in port in Germany, passengers described their experiences to reporters. "I was never scared. Concerned, yes. But not scared. It was a rare experience and with a great captain like the one we had, it was the most exciting thing to happen to me this month," Adam Sandler from Brazil, told UPC while drinking martinis at a port-side bar. "It was like ... you know ... and the captain was like, ohh ... and the pirates were like ... arrgh ... and we were like, ahhhh! I have only heard or read about it," the angelic jungle plaid highchair designer linguist real estate agent detective added. "If you're sick, you'd better not come in. I don't want you to start an academic." Peter Sellers prayed as machine-gun bullets landed just yards away from where the Alaska resident stood on deck. "Eek, I thought. I just knew I was going to either die or have a coniption."
